RESEÑA HISTORICA
CLUB DE FUTBOL LA PARROQUIA F.C., viene de generación en generación desde 1960 de historia deportiva y fue para el 25 de junio de 1976 donde se registra legalmente ante los entes encargados del deporte nacional (I.N.D.) y Asociacion de futbol Mérida - F.V.F. y de esa manera crean la organización. Fue fundado por un grupo de jóvenes de la comunidad con la finalizada de participar más activamente en la actividad deportivo y poder tener identidad ante el I.N.D. Donde se organizaban los Clubes de Voleibol (Masculino y Femenino), Futbol de Salón (hoy día Futbol Sala) y Futbol Campo. Donde participaban en los Campeonatos que se organizaban las Asociaciones de Voleibol y Asociación de Futbol de Mérida. Una de las base de la disciplina deportiva es el Futbol era la principal ya que los campeonato de futbol solo eran organizado por ellos mismos en sus sectores y realizaba dicho torneo, donde la idea fundamental tener una organización legal y que pudiera estar dentro del marco de participar ante la F.V.F. en aquella época. Los fundadores del Club se forman primero con el nombre La Parroquia F.C., luego cambia su dominación a Club La Parroquia F.C., Club Deportivo La Parroquia F.C. y para definirte de acuerdo a los cambios del I.N.D. a Club Cultural y Deportivo La Parroquia y luego en el nuevo ciclo olímpico 2009 – 2013 por restructuración del I.N.D. se estructura por disciplina deportiva de futbol con el nombre de CLUB CULTURAL Y DEPORTIVO DE FUTBOL LA PARROQUIA. Sus fundadores: JOSE OSWALDO RIVAS MUÑOZ, LUIS ALBERTO RIVAS MUÑOZ, REINALDO JOSE RIVAS MUÑOZ, GERARDO ROJAS, JOSE ENRIQUE MENDEZ, ARMANDO ANGULO. Luego para ser registrado ante el I.N.D. en 1976 Los Fundadores: + JOSE OSWALDO RIVAS MUÑOZ, LUIS ALBERTO RIVAS MUÑOZ, + REINALDO JOSE RIVAS MUÑOZ, GERARDO ROJAS, JOSE ENRIQUE MENDEZ, ARMANDO ANGULO, PEDRO IZARRA, LOURDES AGUILAR, MIREYA PEÑA, FRANCISCO PALOMARES, Sr. MANUEL ZERPA.

CLUB DE FUTBOL LA PARROQUIA F.C., comes from generation to generation since 1960 of sports history and it was for June 25, 1976 where it was legally registered before the entities in charge of national sports (I.N.D.) and Mérida Soccer Association - F.V.F. and in that way they create the organization.
